It was absurd! I was spending so much, wasting so much time, and then throwing out a bunch of food because I simply couldn’t eat it all. My main problem was that I was buying an unreasonable amount of groceries and starting from zero every single night. I want to make more of an effort to properly plan each week (and stick to it!), so I sought out tips for meal planning and found some great ones.

It also helped that I started cooking for two instead of one, recently!

What I did find so far though was that having a notepad to write down all of my meals for the week was a life saver. Let’s be real, I’m no meal planning expert. well it seems everyone ive spoken to is also having food anxiety and needs a meal planner badly, for their sanity.
